Ceilidh bands Scotland – The Jiggers are Scotland’s top choice!

The Jiggers are a collective of some of the best professional folk musicians in Scotland. We’ve been gigging together for a number of years, playing over 1000 ceilidhs since 2003.

We love what we do, and every time we play, you’re guaranteed to get a totally authentic, first-class Scottish ceilidh. We get a bit of banter with the crowd, play great tunes and put on a really good show. To round off the typical ceilidh, we usually finish with a DJ set, which means there is a good variety of entertainment for every taste. (The Jiggers can also perform a covers set. For people who like a reminder for how to do the steps, our experienced dance caller always talks through the dance before people give it a go. And we also offer demonstration dancers who can help show people how it’s done.
